2. "Generator (Laser Beam)" is Tim Blake's idea of a disco song, this was originally released as a single a couple months before New Jerusalem came out. Still, it's far better than anything the Bee Gees or Village People can come up with, because of the same futuristic, sci-fi /5(26).

4. I’ve been a fan of Tim Blake and these first two solo albums forever, like many fans, discovering him because of his synth work with Gong during their excellent period. Tim Blake’s first album defines the genre he helped invent, is mostly live, and largely instrumental. This 2nd album has more “songs” than his first/5(33).
